Paciente: Recentemente, estou tendo problemas estomacais. Tenho acumulado muito ácido no estômago e tenho que arrotar muito.

Patient: Recently I'm having problems with my stomach. I'm having a lot of acid in my stomach and need to burp a lot.

Doutor: Você tem estado sob estresse recentemente?

Doctor: Are you under stress recently?

Paciente: Não, não tenho.

Patient: No, not really.

Doutor: Você toma muito suco?

Doctor: Do you drink a lot of juices?

Paciente: Sim, eu tomo.

Patient: Yes I do.

Doutor: Está bem, melhor não beber tanto suco. Vou também prescrever um remédio para acidez estomacal.

Doctor: Ok, better don't drink too many juices. I'm also prescribing you a medicine against your stomach acid.

Paciente: Fiz uma pesquisa na Internet e parece que existe uma bactéria chamada "Heliobacter pylori" que pode causar esses sintomas.

Patient: I've done some research on the internet. Apparently there are bacteria called "Helicobacter pylori" which can cause these symptoms.

Doutor: Sim, vamos fazer um exame de sangue para averiguar. Se for o caso, você vai precisar tomar antibióticos. É bom também adotar uma dieta sem glúten.

Docotor: Yes. We will do a blood test to find out it. If that is the case you will have to take antibiotics. You might also want to try a gluten-free diet.

Paciente: Está bem, vou tentar fazer isso. Obrigado.

Patient: Ok. I will try to do that. Thanks.
