The concert

Eric: Oi Albert. Tudo bem?

Eric: Hi Albert. How are you?

Albert: Tudo ótimo. Acabo de vir de um show com a minha esposa.

Albert: Great. I've just been to a concert with my wife.

Eric: Show de quem?

Eric: Whose concert?

Eric: Laura Cantrell. Uma cantora de música country.

Eric: Laura Cantrell. A country singer.

Albert: Country? Pensei que você gostasse de heavy metal?

Albert: Country? I thought you like heavy metal?

Eric: Ah, eu não vou mais a shows de heavy metal. A música é ensurdecedora, meus ouvidos não aguentam mais.

Eric: Oh, these days I don't go to heavy metal concerts anymore. They are so insanely loud. My ears can't take that anymore.

Albert: Rá rá, você está certo. Eu fui para um show do W.A.S.P. uma vez e um ou dois dias depois os meus ouvidos ainda doíam.

Albert: Haha, yes you are right. I was to a W.A.S.P. concert once and two days later my ears were still ringing.

Eric: Exatamente. O problema é o mesmo com as casas noturnas, ainda estou com um zumbido no ouvido de uma saída há 15 anos atrás.

Eric: Exactly. Same problem with nightclubs. I still have tinnitus from a visit 15 years ago.

Albert: Então o zumbido pode se tornar permanente?

Albert: So the tinnitus can become permanent?

Eric: Sim, especialmente se você demorar muito para ir ao médico, como eu. Deve-se ir ao médico se o zumbido no ouvido não desaparecer depois de 3 dias!

Eric: Yes, especially if you go to the doctor too late like me. Normally you should go to the doctor if the ear ringing doesn't disappear after 3 days!
